By accessing or using DashCore, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and other documents expressly referenced in this page.

1. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. You are responsible for ensuring your team members follow these Terms.
3. If you use DashCore for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You may need an account to access certain features. Account information must remain accurate, complete, and current.

You agree to:

• Protect account credentials and API keys from unauthorized use.
• Notify DashCore immediately of suspected account compromise.
• Accept responsibility for actions taken through your account.

DashCore grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to your plan and these Terms.

You may not:

1. Reverse engineer, copy, or resell DashCore beyond your license rights.
2. Use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or security-violating activity.
3. Interfere with service availability, performance, or integrity.
4. Upload malicious code or harmful content.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Plan changes may take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle.
• Taxes, duties, and payment processing costs may apply based on your location.

DashCore and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, branding, and underlying software.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, and grant DashCore a limited license to host and process that content only to operate the service.

If you believe content infringes your rights, submit a notice via our contact page.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, or threatened service security.

1. You can stop using DashCore at any time.
2. Upon termination, your right to use paid features ends.
3. Sections intended to survive termination continue to apply.

DashCore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashCore disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

DashCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

Maximum liability

Where permitted, DashCore's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid DashCore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material updates will be communicated through the product, website, or email.
